Billing
Billing Frequency
We offer monthly and annual billing. You can switch billing frequency by going to the Billing and Plans page and selecting "Manage billing", then "Update plan".
Monthly Billing
You will be charged on a monthly basis for the number of members (including admins) on your team.
If you add members during the month, a pro-rated amount will be added to the next monthly bill.
If you remove members during the month, a pro-rated credit for unused time will be applied to your account.
Annual Billing
You will be charged for the whole subscription year for the number of members you have at the time of purchase.
If you add members during the year, we will bill a pro-rated amount that will be charged at the end of the month.
If you remove members during the year, a pro-rated credit for unused time will be applied to your account.
Managing Billing
You can manage billing by going to the Billing and Plans page and selecting "Manage billing".
On that page, you can:
- Change billing frequency
- Update payment method
- Update billing information
- Download past invoices
- Cancel plan
