What AI model does Eraser AI use?

We currently use OpenAI's GPT-4o.

Will my data be used to train AI models?

No. OpenAI nor Eraser will use your data to train AI models.

Eraser may analyze your usage to improve and enhance our AI feature.

Will OpenAI store my data?

The API request to and response from OpenAI will be retained by OpenAI up to 30 days per their Usage Policy.

On Eraser, your data will be safely stored per our T&C and Privacy Policy.

What kind of security measures are in place?

Eraser takes security very seriously and adheres to best practices to keep your data secure. To learn more, request a copy of our SOC II type 2 audit report and / or our annual penetration test report.
