# Deleting account

You're able to delete your account from the [profile page](https://app.eraser.io/dashboard/all?settings=profile).

Keep in mind that:

* If you are the only user on any teams, the teams and the associated files will be deleted as well.
* It is not possible to delete your account if you have an active paid subscription. You must cancel your subscription first.
